Are you sure about the free host — won’t due much good if your website goes down, little support, etc.

the problem with free forum hoster is that they will show a lot of ADs on your website and distract the user attention, if you are serious about making and running a forum, then I would suggest get hosting that provides a lot of stuff with them like a lot of space + a lot of bandwidth, here is the one I found provide unlimite space + unlimited bandwidth for less than $5, its great..
